Fall has now officially ended so I wanted to share what I have been loving this season.
Weezer’s Pacific Daydream- I went to one of their shows and they played some songs on their newest album that came out at the end of October. I’ve always liked Weezer so it was nice hearing some new songs.
Olivia O’Brien- If you haven’t heard her music yet, you will. She is an incredibly talented 19 year-old who is from my hometown, Napa, and it is only going to be a matter of time when she blows up.
Halsey- I know I listed her new album as a summer favorite but I saw her in concert in Oakland and it was BOMB. She was on stage alone except for one dancer and her partner G Eazy who cameo’d in her show. So needless to say I am still obsessed.
The Last Ship- This show is very similar to the premise in the movie Outbreak, but the virus goes on to kill much more of the human race. A Navy ship goes out to sea to find a vaccine and tries to save the world.
Futureman- This was the first Hulu original I have watched and I really enjoyed it. It is a comedy about a janitor who ends up becoming a time traveller whose mission is to make a better future. Good for a laugh, but definitely not family friendly.
Namaslay– I have been following YogaByCandace so it was about time to read her book. I really enjoyed the memoir sections of her book and I can’t wait to try some of the 30 day programs she included.

If you’re getting ready to shop this holiday season, my book Namaslay makes a great gift! 🎁 Part memoir, it’s an inspirational read for anyone out there struggling with health, relationships, purpose, anything. It also breaks down hundreds of yoga poses and includes a bunch of 30 day yoga programs you can follow along with at the end, making it a great starting point for anyone new to yoga, or the perfect gift for current yoga teachers who could use a little dose of inspiration. For more behind the scenes of how the whole book came together, click #namaslayBTS. Namaslay is available on Amazon, at Barnes and Noble, Chapters in Canada and most major bookstores worldwide. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your support. 💕 #dreambig #workhard #yogabycandace #yoga #yogaeverydamnday
Thrive Market- One of the big complaints about veganism is that it is expensive. Thrive makes it easy to find the foods you buy all the time, at a lower price, and delivers them right to your door.
Taking mugs to work- I put this in a previous post as one of the ways you can reduce the amount of trash you make. I love that I get more use out of my cute mugs and drinking hot tea is the only way for me to stay hydrated in the colder months.
Baked broccoli- Broccoli is one of my favorite foods and with the colder weather I love eating them baked.
Essential oil diffuser- I got this for my birthday in July and I found myself using it more as it got colder. I love peppermint and lavender for this season.
