I’m now two weeks into The Yogi Assignment and I am really enjoying it. First, I like having a short reading everyday that inspires me and gives me something to think about. Kino MacGregor includes different stories to get the daily lesson across and it is so nice to read.
I also cannot believe how easy it was to include meditation into my morning routine. I’m a little mad at myself I didn’t do it sooner! I do just 5 minutes in the morning, but I may bump that up to 10 or do 5 at night too.
I have been focusing on the mental aspect of the lessons, but Kino includes postures that align with the daily lessons too.
I can’t wait to see what the rest of the lessons have in store for me. I have been following Kino on Instagram for a few years now and it was about time I got one of her books!
